The space
As you step inside, you’ll be greeted by a timber house adorned with lattice screens and a neutral palette, perfectly harmonizing with the native vegetation of the dune reserve. The beach house ambiance is further enhanced by the expansive sliding doors, covered decks, and a shaded patio adjacent to the pool, offering a cool refuge from the summer heat.

Spanning across two blocks, the Goumois Peregian Beach House is linked by a captivating courtyard. One part of the home comprises the bedrooms, while the other section features the living spaces, outdoor entertaining areas, a self-contained studio, and the inviting pool.

Inside, you’ll find seven thoughtfully designed bedrooms, including three ensuite master bedrooms. Two of the master bedrooms boast their own kitchen facilities and sitting rooms.

The sleeping arrangements consist of 2 King beds, 2 Queen beds, and 6 Single beds (one room can be coverted to King upon request), ensuring optimal comfort and flexibility for your group. The maiin bedroom, 2nd bedroom & 7th bedroom all have ensuite bathrooms. Five of the bedrooms are adorned with timber lattice or external blinds, adding to the coastal charm.

The fully equipped galley-style kitchen is a gourmet’s delight, featuring an island bench breakfast bar, gas stovetop, additional sink, double fridge freezer, dishwasher, coffee plunger, and microwave. Whether you’re preparing a quick snack or indulging in a culinary masterpiece, this kitchen has you covered.

The Goumois Peregian Beach House offers a seamless blend of indoor and outdoor living spaces. A secure courtyard connects the bedrooms and living areas, complete with an outdoor setting, water feature, and a built-in fireplace, creating a charming ambience for relaxation and socializing. The open plan kitchen, living, and dining space seamlessly flow onto the outdoor entertaining areas. The covered deck overlooking the native dune reserve and pool offers a serene spot to savor the ocean breeze.

The pool level provides a covered area with seating, allowing you to watch the kids enjoy the pool or run freely on the spacious grassy lawn. This level also features the seventh bedroom, which boasts a Queen bed, ensuite bathroom, a cozy sitting area with a TV, and a full kitchen. A sliding door can be used to partition the living space, creating a dedicated area for the kids to enjoy their own entertainment.

The Goumois Peregian Beach House offers a range of additional amenities to enhance your stay. Relax by the fireplace in the lounge area (wood to be supplied by guests), stay connected with WiFi, indulge in entertainment with two Smart TVs, and take advantage of the separate laundry with a washing machine and dryer. The private swimming pool, equipped with a retractable cover, invites you to take a refreshing dip (heated May to September at 28℃, subject to weather conditions).

Unwind in the courtyard by the outdoor fireplace and water feature, sizzle up a barbecue feast, and take advantage of the single lock-up garage and double carport. A beach umbrella is provided for your convenience.
